National Non-Profit Retailer

People-based programmatic campaign for retail sales growth and recruitment.

Challenge:

The client’s goal was to increase store traffic and sales for its 25+ metro locations. In addition, they needed full time and seasonal help for multiple retail store outlets.

Tactics:

Pixel Ink built a campaign through a multi-layered targeting strategy to help drive sales and foot traffic. Messages and timing were crafted to fit holiday sales and other key store sales events. At the same time Pixel Ink deployed a recruitment strategy to find full time and seasonal employees in a low unemployment market with fierce competition for retail hires.

Results:

Client reports filling “a boatload of positions,” saying “our e-comm is fully-staffed and our HR team saw an influx of applicants. All anecdotal feedback has been that it’s a success.” Campaigns for driving foot traffic and store sales also yielded successful results over the entire 6-month period.
